YES! Best Candyman I ever heard. Great night. As said before, lots of hugs and all around joy that night. I actually copped a stub on the street prior to the real comeback--"The Triumphant Return" (that's what it said on the ticket) at the Stone with the JGB. I forget the date. Not a dry eye in the house when he did "And It Stoned Me", I also think he busted out "That Lucky Old Sun" that night.

God, I saw some great JGB shows at the Stone. What a fun place that was to see him . . .

I remember they didn't want to end that first set. Only time I ever saw a West Coast crowd that pumped. (of course maybe half of us were from the east).
